So often you see most businesses stagnate in profits because the entrepreneur gets trapped working in the business, instead of on the business. This is a common problem for entrepreneurs because of the 3 big myths that they believe in keeping them trapped in their business.
Now if you don’t already have a business that is making money this video isn’t for you.
But if you have a business, that is profitable and you find yourself having less time and less freedom than you’d like then keep watching.
Over the next 5 min I’ll share with you how you can grow the profitability in your business while spending less of YOUR TIME in the business. In this series of videos I’ll show you how to systemise your business, so you can do what matters most and grow your business. If that’s you, then listen up. You see most businesses stagnate in profits because the entrepreneur gets trapped working in the business, instead of on the business.
When I overcame these 3 myths I was able to build my business in a way that allowed me the freedom to spend time with family and friends, to travel the world, stress-free, working on my business wherever and whenever I want. It’s enabled me to become an International Best-Selling Author, speaking internationally and running my own highly-rated podcast show all while getting a stream of clients knocking down my door hungry for more.
So, what are these 3 myths?
Myth #1
Entrepreneurs believing they can do it faster, themselves. The thing is if you systemize and build processes correctly, you can then focus on the higher value tasks in your business. You shouldn’t have to do low value tasks that can be taken on by somebody who’s time costs much less than yours. It isn’t just about how long the task takes to do, but the amount of time & energy it takes to get back into what you’re meant to be doing.
Myth #2
Nobody can do what I do. This is partially true because no one is going to be able to match 100% of what you can do, but if they can do 80% of what you can do then let them. Let them take it off your plate so that you can continue to do what you do best and stick with it.
Myth #3
Finally the biggest myth of all is that they believe it would cost a whole lot of money to make systemise their processes and to get somebody else to do it. When the fact is it doesn’t have to be expensive. In fact investing in processes, people and systems will actually help you generate more profits, have more energy to do the things that matter to you, and have more time with your family. Imagine being able to go on vacation knowing that your business continues to thrive without you and there’s no loss of momentum.
“How awesome would that be?”
THAT’s what a system can do for you…
