What’s stopping you from getting help (and maybe more)?
Asking for help can feel very scary.
Your fear of rejection or fear looking stupid keeps you stuck.
It takes a lot of courage to admit that sometimes you just can’t do it on your own. But what if you focused on what you could benefit if you did ask for their help? Fear gets the better of us which then causes us to deprive others the chance to help and share their gifts…
We can all do so much more together than we ever can alone.
Our lives will become richer, not poorer, when we share our gifts with others (and allow others to share theirs). Having the courage to ask for help you’re not putting them out, you’re simply pulling them up.
That’s why I’m so glad we have Tony Grebmier from ShipOffers here with us to talk about asking for help, but not only that. We chat about how online entrepreneurs & marketers should scale their business. He breaks down some strategies that can help you conquer your fear of asking for help and how to build the right partnerships. Let’s dig deep into this episode as he talks more about:
– How he identified his genius zone (and how you can as well)
– How to Stop Thinking that Accepting Help is a Sign of Weakness
– The benefits of Asking (in a way that helps others to tap into their gifts)
– Ways to overcome resistance (in anywhere in your life)

About Tony:
Tony Grebmeier is a builder. While most well-known for building a multi-million dollar business with his childhood friends, it is Tony’s mission in life is to build a community where struggling entrepreneurs know they can achieve anything they want despite their past. Tony has always known how to make money. He started his first business – the neighborhood baseball card trading post – out of his mom’s garage at the age of 14. By the time he was 18, he had held 16 jobs and was only fired once – for giving his brother an ice cream cone. In 1996, Tony launched his first online business in Silicon Valley, a Web traffic and marketing company, which eventually turned into his first supplement company. In 2001, he went on to build his second supplement company, ShipOffers, with two of his childhood best friends, Doug Roberts and Gil Gerstein.
Fifteen years later, ShipOffers is an eight-figure business that has been an INC 5000 Company for the past three years in a row. The journey to self-fulfillment wasn’t easy for Tony. He almost lost it all in 2008 after years of struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Facing the near destruction of his marriage and the sad realization that he was negatively affecting his children’s lives, Tony made the decision that year to get sober, and he has stayed sober ever since. As he got clean, he also became clear about his vision to help others find their passion and achieve more. With this in mind, Tony launched his podcast, Entrepreneur Unplugged, in 2015, bringing together his loves for business, radio and life. Each week, Tony welcomes a new guest to not only share to-the- point, actionable tips for business success, but also to share their journey in an authentic and transparent way
