About Benny
He started as an elite volleyball player, then after years of punishing my body with my physical training with high intensity conditioning, weight lifting, strong man training, gymnastics, etc … He suffered a severe spinal injury.
Through the process of figuring out how to return my body to be able to move freely and without pain, He realised the most mainstream approaches didn’t work long term … He needed a better way.
He explored a wide range of mind and body arts and practices, some inspired by Shaolin monks, and discovered a effective process to heal his spine and returned freedom to his body.
He now teach others from his experience, how to move with freedom and cultivate longevity with: Nourishing, Not Punishing Physical Training.
