Today’s video is special because I am gonna be sharing with you the system that I have created to help business owners to generate more profits, have more time and more space to fall back in love with their business.

The 1st R is that you gotta get clear on is the…
Step 1 – Route
You want to understand where you want the future of your business to be at, your Point B.
See for me it’s not just enough to systemize for what today looks like. I want to systemize for the future and to do that you need to really understand where you want to take your business. What it’ll look like, what team culture you want to foster and setting expectations from the start.
Without taking this crucial step you’ll eventually outgrow your systems and processes if you aren’t clear on where you wanna take your company, or you’ll end up spending way too much trying to get the perfect future-proof system, that never comes, in place.
Now that you’ve figured out what point B looks like next is to take a step back to see point A, where you’re at today.
The second step’s to Reveal what today really looks like.
Step 2 – Reveal
You’ve gotta be willing to start diving deep to uncover what are all the tasks you do within your business, right now.
ALL OF THE TASKS & PROCESSES
So then you can identify which tasks are the most painful, draining and annoying tasks you are still doing today.
If you don’t do this then you won’t know what you need to document and systemise to handoff for others to do. Costing you even more time, effort and resources the longer you put this off. Continuing to do low-value tasks that could otherwise be Refined into a system for someone else to do.
That’s step three.
Step 3 – Refine
You’ll need to sit down to understand, in-depth, how you currently perform each of these processes and look at ways to simplify the process. Building templates, checklists and producing the training materials so it’s no longer just in your head, but available for your team. We do all of this for you and build your own company training portal.
If you don’t nail this stage down, then each time you have staff turnover it will slow down your business having to take time out of what you love to train someone over and over again. Have the training in place so your team can hit the ground running when they join.
Once the training materials are up then it’s time for to have fun with the 4th R, Recruiting!
Step 4 – Recruit
You’re going to start recruiting for your team for a fraction of what you might think it would be by having a remote/virtual team. Making it even more critical to hire right and training well to get your team up-to-speed on the key processes they’ll take over. Then integrating them into the culture of the team and clarifying expectations with them.
A bad hire can cost you massively in not just money, but time and energy trying to manage it all and having to go through the re-hiring process…
Make sure you have the right qualifiers and nail down your recruitment and training processes, so you continue doing more of what you love as the team builds around you.
The final R is all about Reviewing.
Step 5 – Review
It’s critical to do regular check-ins with your team to ensure they’re clear on their tasks and feel supported. It doesn’t stop there though as your systems and processes need to be reviewed to make sure they’re optimised for your business. Otherwise without these regular checks you’ll never know if you’re on the right track for your business to continue to grow.
